Tuna Parmesean Wrap

Ingredients
1 Can Tuna2 T Light Mayo1 Wheat Tortilla (med)1 t Relish1 t Parmesan Cheese (grated)1/3 C alfalfa sprouts6 grape/cherry tomatoes
Directions
Drain the can of tuna. Mix with the mayo to desired consistency.

Pre-heat tortilla if desired (10-15 seconds in microwave, covered by paper towel)

Spread about 1/4 of your tuna mixture over tortilla. Set aside rest.

Add relish, sprouts, Parmesan cheese & tomatoes.

Makes 1 wrap (4 servings of Tuna mix)
