Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground beef (5% fat) 1/4cup unsalted tomato juice 2tbsp onion flakes 1tbsp dijon mustard 1/4tsp dry mustard 2tbsp unsweetened ketchup 1/2tsp salt
Directions
1 Brown ground beef and onions in a large pot. Drain off fat. Return beef to pot with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve on a low carb, whole grain bun, if desired
