Health(ier) Homemade Meatloaf

Ingredients
1/2 LB Lean Ground Beef1/2 LB Lean Ground Turkey1 Large Egg3/4 Cup of Non-Fat Milk (or Soy Milk)1 Cup of Crushed Saltine CrackersSalt & Pepper (to taste)(Add 1/2 cup of Onions if you prefer, my fiance doesnt like them so I don't)
Directions
Preheat to 400.
Add all ingrediants in a large bowl. Mix well with hands. I don't have a meat loaf pan so I form a loaf on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
