Amish White Bread

Ingredients
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)1/3 cup white sugar2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast3/4 teaspoons salt1/8 cup vegetable oil3 cups bread flour
Directions
Although the original recipe is intended for making the bread by hand, I put it through my trusty bread machine. However, I did proof the yeast before placing it into the pan, in order to cut down on the heavy yeast flavor since it is white bread.

The bread should be set at 1.5 lb loaf, basic, light crust.
