16 Chicken Drumsticks (skin removed)3 Cloves of Garlic (Pressed or use from jar)2 Tbsps of Soy Sauce2 Tbsps of light Butter 4 Tsps of light Brown Sugar (not packed)Salt and pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 375. Remove the skin from the chicken and wasy the chicken. Place the chicken in a non-stick baking dish and cook for 30 minutes turning once. Put garlic through a press. In a bowl mix the garlic and all of the remaining ingredients together and microwave on hight for 20 seconds. After the chicken has cooked for 30 minutes, baste the chicken with the sauce. Turn chicken and baste every 10 minutes until the juices run clear or the internal temp of the chicken is 180.
