2 lbs. country-style pork loin ribs1/4 C. Barq's Root Beer2 Tbsp. minced onion3 tsp. minced garlic2/3 C. Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
4 servings of 1 rib each.
Place 2 lbs. ribs into slow cooker. Pour Root Beer (1/4 C.) on top. Add garlic & minced onion & top with 2/3 C. BBQ sauce (any kind will work). Cook on low for 8 hours and serve with vegetables (green beans are great) and brown rice or potatoes. Nutritional information is for ribs only.
