Salmon Croquettes with Remoulade

Ingredients
12 ounces pink salmon1/3 cup Daisy light sour cream1.5 T light mayo1/2 cup sauteed onion1/2 cup sauteed celery (saute in Pam)3 t Grey Poupon1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style breadcrumbs5 tsp. margarineRemoulade1/3 c Daisy light sour 3 t Grey Poupon3 T minced onion4-5 drops hot sauce
Directions
Combine croquette ingredients, patty, and press bread crumbs on. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Fry in 5 tsp. of margarine for 4 minutes each side.

Combine remoulade ingredients and refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Serve over croquettes.
