veggie and ground beef stroganoff

Ingredients
1 cup onion chopped1 cup frozen corn1 cup frozen green beans1.25 lbs Lean ground beef1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain. Chop onion, and put in pan with beans and corn. stir. add sour cream and mushroom soup. cook until vegetables are done. add salt and pepper to taste. serve over noodles
