Sweet Rib Dry Rub

Ingredients
1/4 cup of light brown sugar4 tsp garlic salt4 tsp chili powder2 tsp sea salt1 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp celery salt1/4 tsp ground white pepper1/4 tsp ground red pepper1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Start out with the brown sugar. Allow it to dry out a little so its easier to mix with the other spices.

This recipe should be enough for about 2 slabs of ribs.

Sprinkle generously on both sides of the ribs. Let the ribs sit for 3 - 4 hours if possible. The longer the better.

Smoke, Grill, or bake your ribs.
