Greek Pita Flatbread

Greek Flatbread1/2 cup spinachGarlic Powder to taste (I used about a tsp)1 tsp Himalayan salt4oz chicken breast1tbs feta cheese1 tsp parmesan or Romano1/2 tbs olive oil1/2 pita bread (I split a pocket pita in half)
1. Cook chicken breast. Season however you like. Chop up into pieces.
2. Cook spinach and drain
3. Combine oil, salt and garlic powder.
4. Brush oil mixture onto both sides of pita bread.
5. Combine chicken, cheeses, and spinach. Mix well.
6. Spread chicken mixture onto pita bread
7. Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown
