Spanish Rice Fiesta

Ingredients
1 package Rice-A-Roni® Spanish Rice flavor 1 pound ground venison1 1/2 cups water 1 cup salsa 1 cup frozen corn 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In medium skillet, brown ground venison

Stir in rice, water and seasoning mix; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 18 min. Stir in salsa and corn; simmer additional 5 min. or until water is absorbed.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and let stand 5 min.
