Directions
Tofu and Natto are sold in stores that sell Asian food products. All ingredients and volumes can vary. You can subsitute pinto or other beans for the Natto.
MIx all the ingredients together except the flour. Keep adding flour until firm enough to form patties. Coat a skillet thinly with olive oil and fry until done or cook on a grill. Serve with whole wheat buns with ketchup and mustard or bbq sauce. makes 8 to 10 patties. Cooking time 6 to 10 minutes depending how thick you make the patties.
