Ingredients:Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Bell Pepper Red, 50 gram Baby Carrots, raw, 4 large chopped or sliced*Baby Spinach & Arugula Mix, 1 cup Garlic powder, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp*Chicken of the Sea, Premium Crab (2.5 oz), 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 tbsp.*Cooking Spray, Pam, 1 servingSalt, 1 dash *Dreamfield Spaghetti (2 oz), 1.5 serving
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and boil spaghetti for approximately 5-7 minutes. until aldente.
In a medium skillet, spray with pam, and add one tablespoon of olive oil. Saute onions, red bell pepper, carrots, add spices and stir until onion begin to become translucent. Reduce heat, Veggies will be tender crisp. Drain Pasta and add to skillet, toss to coat with veggie mixture, at this point add spinach/arugula, crab, 1/2 cheese, and toss again, then top with additional paremsan and serve. This will make two lunch size portions or one dinner size portion. approximately whole recipe is 540 calories.
