Bulgar Wheat and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
200 grams Cracked Bulgar Wheat1 Large Onion2 Table spoons of Olive Oil1 Can of chopped tomatos (400 grams)salt and Pepper1 Knorr Stock Cube (makes 500ml of stock)
Directions
Serves 4
In a saucepan fry the chopped onion in the oil untill soft.
Add the Bulgar Weat and stir into oil and onions until coated with the oil.
Add the tomato and stir for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add enough stock to cover the bulgar wheat and a little more.
Simmer untill the bulgar wheat has absorbed the liquid.
