Super-Light Merengues

Ingredients
2 egg whites1/8 tsp cream of tartar1/8 tsp salt1/2 tsp vanilla (any flavoring such as peppermint, almond, etc.)4 drops food coloring (optional)3/4 c No-Calorie Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and prepare two cookie sheets covered with parchment paper.

In a medium sized glass bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla, and food coloring until firm peaks form. Next, add Splenda slowly (careful not to let it go everywhere). Then, spoon onto prepared cookie sheets. They should make two sheets of twelve. Bake for 25 minutes or until tops start to brown slightly. Allow to cool before removing from tray and enjoy!
