Vegetarian Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil1 onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped2 medium-large carrots, chopped5 stalks of celery hearts, chopped1 cup cooked black beans1 cup frozen corn1 cup (half a bag) of Morningstar Farms Grillersgarlic salt, pepper, and taco seasoning to taste1 can no-salt-added kidney beans with liquid1 can no-salt-added diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1 can's worth of water
Directions
Chop the vegetables and add everything to the crockpot with taco seasoning, garlic salt, and a can of water (amount of water may depend on your desired thickness of chili). Do not thaw Grillers or corn. Mix well. Let cook in the slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours, or until the onions are translucent. Serve it with cornbread, spoon it on top of veggie hot dogs and whole-wheat buns, or eat it by itself!
