Cajun Pork Stew

Ingredients
3.5 lbs of pork meat (can be any kind) 16 cups of water1 onion8 tbsp of Savoie's roux cajun seasoning
Directions
Put roux and 8 cups of water in pot and boil over med. heat for approximately an hour. You will keep adding water over the hour as it cooks down and you may need more then the 16 cups (that is more of a guess). Season pork with red pepper, salt, parsley, and any other seasoning you prefer. Chop onion and add at the same time pork is added. It should make a good think gravy and should have a half pot of stew when finished. It should make 12 8 1- cup servings. It is high in calories but has great flavor. This is served over rice and has not been added to the calculator
