Ingredients

1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
2.0 fl. oz Sherry, dry
1.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
2.0 serving 6 oz sirloin steak
6.0 serving Butter, Kroger, sweet cream, salted.1tbsp
2.0 serving Oil, Great Value Pure Canola Oil,1tbsp(14g}
6.0 tsp Spice World Garlic, Minced
8.0 tbsp Kroger Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Generously season all sides of steak with kosher salt and pepper, let rest at room temp at least 30 minutes. Reduce 1 cup beef broth by half and set aside. Coarsely crush black peppercorns and set aside. In cast iron or stainless steel pan, heat canola oil on high. Pat steak dry, carefully add to pan. Cook undisturbed at least 2 minutes, until crust forms. Flip steak and repeat on other side. Reduce heat to medium low, add herbs of choice, garlic, and 4 tbsp butter. Butter baste steak until desired level of rarity. Remove from pan and set aside, let rest at least 10 minutes before cutting. Discard remains in pan. Add crushed peppercorns and toast 20-30 seconds. Deglaze pan with 1/4 cup sherry. Cook until sherry is almost entirely evaporated. Add reduced beef broth and cream. Simmer until sauce thickens and can easily coat back of spoon. Remove from heat, add remaining 2 tbsp butter. Slice steak, top with sauce and enjoy.
