Five Minute Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
4 cups Campbell's Low Sodium Chicken Broth3 cups Broccoli chopped5 oz shredded aged Cheddar1 can navy beans, strained and rinsed
Directions
-In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add broccoli and cook until tender - 2-3 minutes. Remove broccoli and keep broth in pot over simmer.
-In a food processor, blend beans and cheddar until pureed. Add broccoli and pulse until broccoli is incorporated into beans.
-Stir broccoli puree into the broth and ladle into soup bowls.

Serving Size: Makes 6 bowls of soup
