Directions
Put Kale and Spinach with chia gel water and cranberry juice puree in blender till smooth. Then add partially thawed fruit. Enjoy!

    Sound wonderful! I make this at home also however I don't use apple juice since it has lots of sugar and calories. What kind did you use here? I use a few dates in mine for sweetness and use water. - 1/21/10
