8 oz spagetti style pasta1tbsp butter.66 cup chopped onion.25 cup of wheat flour2 cups 1% milk1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper.5 tsp poultry seasoning1.25 cup cheddar cheese shredded10 oz frozen peas1 can of mushrooms undrained16 oz ground turkey
preheat the oven to 400- cook pasta for 4 min...it'll cook the rest of the way during baking. Melt butter till tender, stir in flour, then slowly pour in milk- stir till there aren't anymore lumps. Add poultry seasoning-cook mixture till thickened...take off the heat, add 1 cup of cheese till melted and then add the mushrooms. In a seperate skillet cook the ground turkey. In seperate ramekins place a layer of pasta in each, cover with turkey, sprinkle with peas, and cover with sauce...repeat till ingredients are used. Sprinkle each of the filled ramekins with the remaining cheese.
Bake for about 25 minutes
