Cheese Rice with HEAT JMR

Ingredients
1 cup Rice4 oz Gouda Cheese4 oz Fresh Mozzarela4 ozGrutere Chesse 2 cups Chicken Broth1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cyup cream cheese1 tbl copped Jalapeno peppers
Directions
Pre cook rice in chicken broth and then add rice to a baking dish and mix in the rest of the ingredients and cook uncovered at 350 F for 50 minutes.
Let cool about 5 minutes and serve.
