Ingredients
2 eggsmilkbriegreen onionssalt + pepperground thymebread
Directions
Melt butter in pan on Med heat.
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add a splash of milk, whisk
Pour mixture into pan
Cut brie into slices
Chop green onions
One eggs have set, put brie on top, fold eggs over brie
Toast desired amount of bread
Top toast with eggs & brie, salt + pepper, dash of thyme
Top w/ green onions
