Smoked Chicken Chowder

Ingredients
2 tbsp crumbled bacon bits3/4 cup (5 oz) chopped onion3/4 cup (5 oz) chopped celery1 sprig fresh thyme, stripped of stem1 bay leaf1 can Swanson's 99% fat free chicken broth6 small new red potatoes (24 oz)2 cups skim milk12 oz diced smoked chicken breast (skin removed)1 can (12 oz) fat free evaporated milk1 red pepper, diced1 tsp. chopped resh dill1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Put bacon bits in pan and heat over low heat. Add onion, celery, thyme and bay leaf. Turn heat up to medium and cook until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.

Dice potatoes and add to pot, with broth. Simmer until potatoes are just tender, about 10 minutes.

Add milk, peppers, chicken, paprika and dill. Cook until the chicken is just cooked through. Remove bay leaf, adjust seasonings (salt & peppers) to taste.
