Pumpkin muffins made with cream

Ingredients
4 large eggs.5 cup canned pumpkin.25 cup heavy whipping cream2. Tbsp pumpkin pie spice and/or cinnamon2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup Splenda1 tsp molassespinch of salt1 cup oat flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers and pour 1/4 cup of batter into each one, it should fill the paper but leave the rim of the paper showing. Bake for 20 minutes.
