Sweet or Savoury Bean Muffins

Ingredients
Directions
Kidney beans, sugar, butter, eggs, flour, baking soda, salt.
Puree beans in batches with a total of 1/3c of water. Use a blender, hand blender, or food processor. Try to get as close as you can to homogeneous.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs.
Combine with the beans and mix well (or continue to puree).
Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt. as well as the fillings.
Filling options:
Sweet: zest of one orange, 2c raspberries, cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla extract.
Savoury: 1.5c cheddar, 0.5c chopped parsley, 3tbsp pepper. Maybe thyme, oregano, or rosemary?
Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes. It's difficult to overbake these.
