Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 bell peppers (any color)1.5 lbs chopped meat1/2 large onion, chopped1 tsp. garlic powder2-3 c tomato sauce1/4 cups cooks rice
Directions
Cut peppers in half and clean out seeds; par boil for 10 minutes.

Brown chopped meat in separate pan with chopped onion

Add .75 cups cooked rice and 1 cup tomato sauce to chopped meat.

In roasting pan, put a little tomato sauce in bottom of pan. Put peppers in the pan, fill peppers with the meat mix and bake for 30 minutes at 350.

There are a lot of variations you can do. Sometimes I put a little mozzarella in the meat mix or I add mushrooms to the meat when browing so I can use less meat.
