2 Cucumbers2 oz Sicilian Olives1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia Onions90 grams Greek Peppers (6 medium to large), thinly sliced1 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar1 Cup White Distilled Vinegar

Slice everything, place in bowl, add vinegar and marinate.
