Ham & Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
Broccoli and HamIn the sauce:ButterFlourWaterEggMilkLemon JuiceSalt + Black pepper
Directions
Boil the broccoli until it's soft but not soggy. It should feel a bit firm, but not crunchy. Save the water.

Put the broccoli and ham in an oven pan. Melt the butter over medium heat, add flour and stir to make it thick. Add the broccoli water bit by bit until all 400 mL of it is in the pan, stirring all the time. Boil, reduce heat to simmer. Mix milk and egg and add it. Add lemon juice, pepper, salt. Boil on low for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the ham and broccoli.Bake in oven in 200C/435F until the sauce has firmed up.
