Chocolate, chocolate chip Zucchini Bread

2 1/2 c. all purpose flour1/2 c. usweetened cocoa powder1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. each baking soda and cinnamon3 eggs1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1/3 c. vegetable oil2 tsp. vanilla2 c. packed, grated zucchini1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350*, spray two 8x4" loaf pans with non stick spray.
Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl, then add dry ingredients until moistened, fold in chocolate chips.
Spread evenly between both pans. Bake for 50 mins, or until toothpick comes clean. Cool 10 mins. before removing from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, 10 slices each
