Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies gluten Free

1/2 cup butter, softened1/2 cup white sugar1/3 cup brown sugar1/2 cup peanut butter1 egg1 1/2 tsp vanilla3/4 cup brown rice flour1/4 cup coconut flour1/2 cup gluten free oats1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 cups chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugars, add vanilla and egg, mix. Add Peanut butter, mix. Add flours and other dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes, cool on cookie sheet for a couple minutes, then transfer to cooking rack.
Serving Size: Makes 56 small cookies, 2 cookies per serving.
