White Bean Puree

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cooked white beans or 2 cans (15 oz.) white beans drained and rinsed1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil3/4 tsp. Kosher salt1/2 bunch of fresh basil (chopped)2 green onions (chopped)3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
If using canned beans, reduce salt to 1/2 tsp.

* Great with water crackers, whole wheat pita rounds, grilled whole wheat baguette, or fresh veggies

Serving Size: Serves 10 people when used as a spread on crostini
