Guilt Free Crab Dip

2 sprays of cooking spray8 oz. Fat Free Cream cheese, softened to room temperature1 - 5.3 oz container Dannon Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt2 - 4.25 oz cans whit crab meat, drained1 tsp. hot pepper sauce1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning3 Tbl. minced onion1 tsp. garlic salt
Preheat oven to 325. Coat 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon in to prepared dish and bake until dip is heated through, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Great with fresh, crisp veggies or bagel chips. I enjoy most by spreading on hot english muffins.
