Lower Carb Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 c salted butter1/4 c sugar14 packets splenda2 extra large eggs (Eggland's Best)1 cup mashed banana (very ripe)1/3 c half and half cream1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Cream butter and sugar and splenda. Add eggs and bananas, salt and baking powder and mix well. Combine lemon juice with cream in a cup; it will curdle. Alternately add the flours and the curdled cream to the butter and banana mixture, blending well after each addition. pour batter into a well-buttered 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes in a pre-heated 350ºF oven.
