Shannon's Chicken Black Bean and Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken BreastOnionGarlicSweet Red PepperMushroomsSpinachBlack Beans
Directions
Heat large skillet on med-high heat add 1 tbsp of Smart Balance. When melted add onion and garlic sautee until tender add mushrooms. Cook 1 min and remove from pan. Add 1 Tbsp of Smart Balance to pan melt and add diced Chicken Breast. Cook until chicken is done add red pepper and onion mixture sautee until pepper starts to soften. Add Spinach and remove from heat. Place 1/2 serving in tortilla and enjoy. Plain Greek Yogurt and 2% mexican cheese adds nice flavor and protein.
