Ingredients
*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .5 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Baking Powder, 2 tsp Flaxseed, 1 tbsp - groundBrown Sugar, 5 tsp unpacked *Trail Mix, .25 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed *GNC Natural Brand, Soy Protein (1 scoop/ 34 g), 1 serving
Directions
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Add blue berries, milk and water and make a nice batter.
3. Pour into a muffin pan and bake at 350C for 15min.
4. Cool and take from pan
