Faux-Chinese BBQ Pork & Whole Grain Rotini

Ingredients
* Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece * Soy Sauce, .25 cup * Red Wine, 1 fl oz * Garlic, 4 tsp * Honey, 1 tbsp * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked * Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, 7 serving
Directions
Do not slice the pork but do try to trim off any fat. Combine all ingredient and marinate overnight in refrigerator (covered).

Roast in oven 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees (45 minutes covered with foil and 40-45 minutes uncovered). Cook in the marinade. Baste occasionally.

Boil water 'n' cook the pasta per box instructions.

After allowing the pork to cool, slice and serve - maybe with a nice salad or something...
