Baja Chipotle Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast1 tsp old bay1 ½ tbsp garlic powder½ tsp ginger1 tsp black pepper½ onion, diced ½ tsp Montreal Chicken season1 tsp oregano3 tbsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy seasoning½ cup French Fried OnionsMarinadeMango Coconut (marinate chicken for up to 8 hours in fridge)Baja Chipotle (marinate chicken for the last 30 minutes before cooking)
Directions
Put chicken in lidded bowl or Ziploc bag and shake to mix seasonings and marinades.

Heat oven to 350

Place chicken in lightly oiled pan (preferably olive oil)

Sprinkle French Fried onions over chicken and bake for one hour or until chicken is done.
