Ginger Soy Pork Chop Marinade

1/2 cup water1/4 cup soy sauce3 tbsp brown sugar or honey1/3 onion, chopped1/4 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients together.
2. Add to seared pork chops and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
