Creamy Pumpkin Pie

.5 cup cold milk (may need a bit more depending on consistancy)1 package (6 serving size) of vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1 cup canned pumpkin2.5 cups fozen non-dairy whipped topping1 graham cracker pie crust
1. Beat milk, pudding mix and spice for 1 minute. Mixture will be very thick.
2. Add pumpkin.
3. Stir in whipped topping. Make sure not to over-stir.
4. Spread in crust.
5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set.
6. Garnish as desired (whipped cream, pumpking pie spice).
7. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Makes 8 slices.
