1/3 c. canned pumpkin1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used 365 Everyday Value Vanilla Whey Protein)1 frozen bananaice cubes1/2 c. water1.5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Add ice as needed to satisfy consistency.
