Kale and Tofu with Rice

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil.5 block xtra firm tofu1 clove garlic chopped4 cups kale chopped.25 tsp salt.25 tsp1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.25 almonds toasted1 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Brown tofu in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add garlic,kale, salt and red pper flakes, cover and saute 5 minutes. Add vinegar. Serve on top of cooked rice and garnish with almonds.
