Cooked Cabbage with Ham Hock

Ingredients
1/2 Head of Fresh Cabbage6 cups of water1/2 cup of water1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce6 oz Ham Hock1 clove of minced garlic
Directions
Boil the ham hock in the water for 10 minutes. Cut the cabbage to desired size. Add the cabbage, onions, garlic and hot sauce and boil until desired tenderness. Approximately 25 minutes
