Carrot & Ginger Congee

1 cup uncooked rice9 cups water 1 med carrot1 hunk ginger1 tbsp sesame hot oilcook for 1 1/2 hours in dutch oven
Directions
combine all ingredients and cook 1 1/2 in a dutch oven or other pot with a tight fitting lid
