Stacey's Ground Chicken Veggie Stirfry

Ingredients
515 g Ex Lean Ground Chicken Breast1 tsp canola oil2 tsp Mrs. Dash Salt-free Southwest Chipotle67 g Carrots200 g Broccoli1.25 c corn kernels180 g baby zucchini
Directions
Heat 1 tsp canola oil in non-stick stirfry pan; add ground chicken and cook until almost no longer pink. Add vegetables and seasonings and cook through until chicken is completely cooked and vegetables are soft.

Serve over rice or noodles.
