Best Tomato Sauce Ever-Jamie Oliver

Ingredients
2 small onions, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped2 red bell peppers, chopped1 c carrots, diced1 T olive oil1 T oregano2 bay leaves1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced4 cans fire roasted tomatoes2 cups water1 pinch sea salt1/4 t ground black pepperb
Directions
Soften first four veggies in a pot with olive oil, oregano, and bay leaves. Cook 20 minutes. Add butternut squash, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper. Cook 30 minutes. Remove bay. Puree until smooth.b
