Green MUFA salad dressing chan

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup mashed ripe avocado1/4 cup pure fresh squeezed lime juice1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil1/3 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup filtered tap water1/3 cup finely chopped onions.1 ounces garlic1 Tablespoon raw honey1/4 teaspoon each sea salt, and black pepper
Directions
Mash avocado. Add remaining ingredients into blender and blend until creamy. Refrigerate.
Makes 10 1/4 cup servings

    This dressing kept very well in the fridge for two weeks. That's when I finished it.
    I think the other ingredients help to preserve the avocado.
