very berry protein muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Flour1 cup Egg white protein/vanilla--Jay robb's1/4 tsp Baking Soda4 Eggs1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened3/4 sup Blueberries, fresh
Directions
Mix protein powder, flour and soda. Blend applesauce and eggs. Blend into dry ingredients, combine thoroughly, add blueberries.
Spoon into prepared muffin tins/cups, 3/4 full.
Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.
