1-15 oz can of pumpkin1 cup of non fat milk3 lg eggs1/4 cup olive oil or anykind1/2 cup splenda2 tbs. cinnamon2 tbs cloves1 tsp salt5 tsp. baking powder 2- 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup bran or oat bran or both mixed1 cup ground flax seed2 cups mincemeat OR cranberry sause1 cup almonds or pecans chopped

oven 400 degrees
and the big muffin tins i bake 35-40 min
