Ninja Master Prop Pro - Roasted Garlic Smashed Cauliflower

1 small head cauliflower6 cloves roated garlic, peeled2 ounces Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoons butter, softened2 teaspoons parsley flakessalt and pepper to taste
1. Chop cauliflower into large florets, only disposing of the toughest stalks; boil for 6 minutes, until very soft.
2. Drain cauliflower extremely well and place in Mater Prep Pro Pitcher while still hot. Add remaining ingredients and secure the pitcher's top.
3. Pulse for 10-15 seconds, until cauliflower is creamy and nearly smooth.
4.Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately. If the smash has cooled, transfer to a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1 minute to reheat.
* To roast garlic: preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Lay garlic cloves out in a single layer and cover with another sheet of aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cloves turn a golden brown.
